Service Description

All hiring and access to our spaces is subject to your successful application and payment of a £100 security deposit to cover the cost of replacing the keys and any damage to the buildings and contents. This is refundable when you no longer wish to use the Hub, subject to returning the keys and leaving the space in the same condition as you found it. Once you have paid your deposit and booked your space, contact us for the current lockbox code for the Hub. When you no longer wish to use our space, and would like your deposit returned, please email info@happyhealthyholistic.com with your bank account name, number and sort code and we will return your deposit within 72 hours. IMPORTANT!! WHEN YOU CLICK 'BOOK NOW' YOU WILL BE TAKEN TO OUR HUB BOOKINGS CALENDAR. THERE IS A LIMITATION WITH THE CALENDAR, SO OUR WORK-A-ROUND IS AS FOLLOWS: CHOOSE THE NEXT AVAILABLE *10PM OR LATER* SLOT. THIS WILL RESERVE ONE MINUTE IN THE CALENDAR (SO PLEASE MAKE IT AS LATE AS POSSIBLE SO IT DOESN'T CHANGE THE TIMES FOR OTHER BOOKINGS). THEN, CLICK 'NEXT' AND IT WILL TAKE YOU TO THE PAYMENT PAGE WHERE YOU CAN PAY YOUR DEPOSIT.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable. You can make date and time changes to your booking by logging into your account on the Happy Healthy Holistic website any time up to 72 hours before your booking is due to start. If you prefer to cancel instead of rescheduling, and it is at least 72 hours before the start of your booking, you can also do this via your account, and we will issue you with a coupon code for the full amount of your cancelled booking to use against a future booking. If you would prefer a refund instead of a coupon code, email us at happyhub@happyhealthyholistic.com to tell us this at the time you cancel. We will transfer the refund amount in full to the bank account that we hold on file for you within 72 hours of receiving your email.
