We have a beautifully furnished, cosy and bright North London therapy space for hire,
located in the heart of a unique, vibrant, creative community in Wood Green. Conveniently located near to excellent transport links: Wood Green Tube Station (Piccadilly Line),
Alexandra Palace Overground, multiple bus routes, the A406 and the A10.
Therapeutic Space
A comfortable and calming health and wellbeing center, perfect for conducting 1:1 therapeutic or wellbeing work. Our private therapy room to rent by the hour provides a relaxing, welcoming setting ideal for well being counseling, therapies and coaching sessions, or conducting other types of holistic wellbeing consultations (including reiki, homeopathy, naturopathy and hypnotherapy, among other practices). Treat your clients using our extra wide therapy couch, or sit on sofas. We have folding chairs and cushions available for additional participants.
Group Workshops & Virtual Event Space
Our bright and airy indoor space provides an ideal environment for facilitating in person and online group workshops, running corporate team building activities and training sessions or hosting meetings (seating available for ten people). Green screen, lighting and strong wifi makes this a perfect setting for virtual events, photoshoots, video calls and content creation. Outside, you can participate in a year round schedule of diverse community events including hosting your own health and wellbeing events.

The Happy Hub is a comfortable, professional and affordable therapy space to rent. We welcome holistic practitioners to enjoy our community wellness centre in North London.
This is an ideal clinical space for psychotherapy, counselling, coaching and training. The Happy Hub suits psychologists, nutritionists, music therapists, reiki treatments, kinesiologists, naturopaths, homeopaths, small group workshop facilitators, 1-1 private health assessments, wellbeing professionals hot-desking and your therapeutic client video consultations.
Fully flexible booking policy
with no long-term commitment required.
Our Therapy room for rent is available for
ad-hoc or regular bookings with access available from 7am to 11pm.
Competitively priced from only £10 PER HOUR
2 HOUR MINIMUM BOOKING
All bills included.

Discounts for regular bookings, for referrals and to trainee therapists and practitioners.

With transparent pricing as follows:

£10 per hour when you book The Happy Hub
for 20+ hours per week.
​
£12.50 per hour when you book The Happy Hub for 10-19 hours per week.
​
£15 per hour (with a 2 hour minimum booking) when you book from 2-9 hours per week.

We help to promote your services and events at no additional cost to you.

PLEASE NOTE: The Happy Hub is currently not available for massage therapies (including Aromatherapy, Reflexology and other related treatments) as we are in the process of applying for a special treatment license from Haringey Council. Treatments that require a special treatment licence include: Acupuncture, Aromatherapy, Ayurvedic Medicine, Massage (all), Chiropody, EFT, Podiatry, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Hot Stone Therapy. Contact us to keep updated on any licensing updates within the space and to add yourself to the waiting list. We will be delighted to welcome you to The Hub in the future.
