All hiring and access to our space(s) is subject to your successful application and payment of a nominal £100 security deposit to cover the cost of replacing the keys and making right any damage caused to buildings and contents.
When you no longer wish to use our space(s), your deposit is refundable, subject to returning all keys and leaving each space you have used in the same condition as you found it. Please email your deposit refund request to happyhub@happyhealthyholistic.com. We aim to process the refund in less than 72 hours, with the funds going back to your original form of payment.
Once you have paid your deposit and booked your space, contact us for the current Hub lockbox code(s) for the spaces you have booked.
