The Happy Hub and The Cosy Hub are located within Blue House Yard in Wood Green, North London.

 

Our helpful team works mostly remotely.

 

We can meet you in person onsite from time to time, but most of our communication will be by email, text or phone.

If everyone follows the Check In / Check Out procedure and sticks to their confirmed booking times, it is unlikely you'll need us! ​

The Hub is available for you to book from 7am-11pm,

but our normal office hours are:

 

Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm

 

One of us is always on-call for your bookings outside of our normal office hours.

On-call assistance is only to help you with anything urgent that might unexpectedly occur during your booking.

For anything that is not urgent, we process and reply to those messages during office hours.
