Service Description

The time you choose includes the time you need to set up in advance, and tidy up afterwards. Once you have booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the Hub arrival and departure procedures including access arrangements. If you wish to use the Yard as well as the Hub, please check with us before booking so we can ensure it is also available. Yard based events will require advance approval of the surrounding businesses, which upon your request we will coordinate on your behalf. **Please only select the Student/Trainee pricing option if you have arranged this with Happy Healthy Holistic in advance. If you select this option without prior agreement, we will raise an additional invoice for the difference in price and you agree to pay this in full immediately.**

Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable. You can make date and time changes to your booking by logging into your account on the Happy Healthy Holistic website any time up to 72 hours before your booking is due to start. If you prefer to cancel instead of rescheduling, and it is at least 72 hours before the start of your booking, you can also do this via your account, and we will issue you with a coupon code for the full amount of your cancelled booking to use against a future booking. If you would prefer a refund instead of a coupon code, email us at happyhub@happyhealthyholistic.com to tell us this at the time you cancel. We will transfer the refund amount in full to the bank account that we hold on file for you within 72 hours of receiving your email.
