Do Yoga at Your Desk

Benefits of Yoga at Work
Sitting for long hours can lead to poor posture, stiffness and discomfort. Desk yoga is accessible to everyone and can be done seated or standing. It relaxes areas prone to tension, such as the neck, shoulders, back and hips. Special focus can be given to techniques that reduce the risk of RSI in wrists and fingers from keyboard and phone use, plus reliving eye strain and headaches from too much time spent staring at screens. Our Desk Yoga workshops leave participants with the tools for better posture ongoing, reducing discomfort and increasing focus.
Engaging in Desk Yoga in the workplace is a simple, effective way to reduce stress, boost productivity and energy levels, enhance physical health, reduce absenteeism, boost team cohesion and promote work-life balance.
